The warranty covers:

The warranty does not cover:
Damages resulting from misuse such as tears, burns, or the use of chemicals harmful to the fabric.
Modifications or changes made outside Sharqiaa Abaya House.
How to use the warranty
If you notice any problem with your abaya, you can easily use the warranty by following these steps:
Contact: Message us on WhatsApp at 966566666326, explaining the problem and providing photos.
Action: We will arrange for the abaya to be collected through a representative of a reliable shipping company.
Inspection: We will inspect the item within 48-72 working hours.
Response:
If the problem is due to a manufacturing or design defect, the abaya will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
If the problem is due to misuse, the abaya will be returned with the customer charged a shipping fee of 35 riyals.
